Responsibilities:
Managing junior team members in the PPC department, providing training and support for their tasks
Day-to-day account management including campaign optimisation, budget management, and testing ideation and execution
Data and profitability analysis, performing and monitoring A:B tests
Developing and implementing the paid search advertising strategy to promote air ticket sales. This involves selecting keywords, setting budgets, and defining objectives
Continuous optimization of PPC campaigns to enhance efficiency and ROI
Analyzing campaign results, including conversion rates, CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and developing strategies based on data insights
Generating regular reports on campaign progress and goal attainment for senior management
Requirements:
Fluent Russian, Romanian and English
Advanced paid search competency - demonstrable experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Criteo, managing large-scale campaigns and budgets
Paid Social experience
A data-driven approach with superior analytical and quantitative skills
Prior experience working within Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets. Big Query, SQL or Tableau experience.
