Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage eRetail & FSA CCH business in Moldova
- Building long term, mid-term and short-term BU eRetail & FSA plans
- Identifies growth opportunities & key levers to achieve them
- Seek opportunities behind new customers and engage with them before they win
- People development - Build eRetail&FSA talents via collaboration and focus on the successor(s)
- Owning financial indicators (e.g. P&L) with support from finance team
- Driving Quick test & learn mechanics of different initiatives and share with group and other BUs
- Make sure there is consistency in communication across channels
- Work closely with all system partners on marketing plans, including DME allocation and relevant support needed
- Work closely with cross-functional team within BU
- Actively participate in customers' agreements negotiation to support KA representatives
- Drive JBP with priority customers to accelerate online business
- Launch and support eRetail&FSA tools (ECI, eRed for FSA, EDGE, ePIM etc)
- Building capabilities on market (e.g.: eCommercial Policy implementation project kick off, conduct eRetail and FSA trainings)
Requirements:
- 1Sales or marketing experience, eRetail&FSA (eCommerce) experience is advantage
- 2Strong knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel). SAP/MS Access knowledge is an advantage
- 3English fluency
