Responsibilities:
Ensures successful pipeline development & team engagement
Leads business partnering activities on opex/capex/working capital
Lead technical support to the business on accounting and transactional matters
Lead financial data validation
Lead the relationship between Country Finance and BSO
Lead process enhancement projects
Leads the monthly and year-end close process
Ensure adherence to all accounting policy changes
Prepare Working Capital Management reviews
Manages audit coordination and supports auditors (external & internal)
Ensures that Annual Statutory Accounts in line with Statutory and Tax Rules and Group Procedures
Provides accurate and timely financial data to Group
Requirement
s:
University degree in Accounting/Finance
Advanced financial & accounting knowledge (ACCA or equivalent qualification is an asset)
SAP knowledge is an asset
Strong leadership skills
Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate effectively across all departments
Able to translate business reality to accounting entries and financial statements
Relevant successful experience in Finance or related Finance sphere
Fluent English and MS Office – advanced user
