Responsibilities:
  • Ensures successful pipeline development & team engagement
  • Leads business partnering activities on opex/capex/working capital
  • Lead technical support to the business on accounting and transactional matters
  • Lead financial data validation
  • Lead the relationship between Country Finance and BSO
  • Lead process enhancement projects
  • Leads the monthly and year-end close process
  • Ensure adherence to all accounting policy changes
  • Prepare Working Capital Management reviews
  • Manages audit coordination and supports auditors (external & internal)
  • Ensures that Annual Statutory Accounts in line with Statutory and Tax Rules and Group Procedures
  • Provides accurate and timely financial data to Group
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Advanced financial & accounting knowledge (ACCA or equivalent qualification is an asset)
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate effectively across all departments
  • Able to translate business reality to accounting entries and financial statements
  • Relevant successful experience in Finance or related Finance sphere
  • Fluent English and MS Office – advanced user
