Responsibilities:
  • Lead business partnering activities on opex/capex/working capital
  • Lead technical support to the business on accounting and transactional matters
  • Preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and other reports required for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure adherence to all accounting policy changes
  • Prepare Working Capital Management reviews
  • Provides accurate and timely financial data
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and financial standards, as well as conducting internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Developing financial strategies and plans to support the company's corporate goals and mission.
  • Analyzing the company's financial performance to identify trends, develop recommendations, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial and tax laws and regulations, as well as providing regular updates on financial changes and their impact on the company
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Advanced financial & accounting knowledge
  • Relevant successful experience in Finance or related Finance sphere
  • Fluent Russian, Romanian and English
  • MS Office – advanced user
