Responsibilities:
Lead business partnering activities on opex/capex/working capital
Lead technical support to the business on accounting and transactional matters
Preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and other reports required for internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to all accounting policy changes
Prepare Working Capital Management reviews
Provides accurate and timely financial data
Ensuring compliance with accounting and financial standards, as well as conducting internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
Developing financial strategies and plans to support the company's corporate goals and mission.
Analyzing the company's financial performance to identify trends, develop recommendations, and make data-driven decisions
Ensuring compliance with all financial and tax laws and regulations, as well as providing regular updates on financial changes and their impact on the company
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting/Finance
Advanced financial & accounting knowledge
Relevant successful experience in Finance or related Finance sphere
Fluent Russian, Romanian and English
MS Office – advanced user
